car won't start on cold days..check engine light stays on when key is switched on..No buzzing noise..No voltage from main relay to pump but I changed the main relay and new pump..getting voltage to ignition coil..all my fuses are good..on a hot day car runs fine..but next morning when cold car won't start..any ideas what it might be or what I can do to fix my 93 EJ...anyone :-)

 

Once you're sure the main relay is good-- even a new one I'd open up and resolder-- this problem is usually the ECU itself being faulty and slow to boot up. Look for a used ECU.
