Default 1993 civic coolant leak

My 1993 Civic has a coolant leak that is coming through the firewall into the engine compartment and dripping onto the brake line manifold. The attached photo has an arrow indicating where the coolant is coming through.
Below the brake line manifold is where the radiator hoses attach to the rear of the heater core. Can anyone provide any thought as to how this is happening? There does not seem to be any coolant leaking into the passenger compartment. Thanks to all.

There are no coolant passages in that area. Are you sure that it didn't blow out of something else under the hood and land there?
