Default 1998 Honda Civic 1.5 V-tec

Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum and this is my first post. I live in the USA but will be going back to Ireland next week. In Ireland I own a 1998 Honda Civic 1.5 V-tec and the problem with that car is that it needs a throttle body. I was wondering would a throttle body from a US-spec 1.6 Civic work in the car or do I need to find a 1.5 one? Any help is appreciated. I'm assuming a 1.5 one is needed but I just want confirmation.

My knowledge of Honda's are very poor. When it comes to working on cars, I'm only good with '70s Dodge's.

Is the Irish one OBD1 or OBD2? It may have what the US 92-95 1.5's had with OBD1. Basically you are looking for the overall shape (horizontal or vertical flow) and the IACV configuration (two wire on the back or three wire on the bottom).
