Default 1998 honda civic d16y7 won't crank

k so I have a 1998 honda civic lx d16y7 5 speed and my ac line got a hole some how well I removed it completely now for some reason I turn the key no start no crank everything else works plz help

Does the stater make a click when you turn the key? If not, I'd ensure that the starter is receiving power. There should be two wires going to it. One from the battery and a smaller one from the main engine harness. Had an Integra back in the day that had an intermittent starting issue where I simply jumped the engine harness from the battery and the car started up each time. Never figured out what caused it before selling it though.
