Well if you replace the whole distributor you get a new (or at least supposedly OK) coil and ICM with it as well as the distributor sensors, so no need to troubleshoot to differentiate among those parts.

Yamaha,
Have them tell you what component is bad. Everything can be tested easily, so replacing the entire distributor is a waste of money unless everything is bad.

I dont recommend using non honda distributor components. awful reliability.
