Hello have a 2003 Honda Civic EX Air conditioner NOT working. My daughter had it checked last year and they say it the issue is in the dash somewhere ? The blower works the AC button green light is on but the AC compressor and Condenser fan do NOT turn on just blows hot air. DCT code is 9 flashes but not sure is that would mess with AC. Today I bypassed the clutch relay and the compressor is working well. Switched relays with horn relay to check them and they were all good. Where to start to diagnose the issue. I think after she took it to the shop there is something not working to turn the AC system. Any suggestions ?
