2004 Civic ex- electrical system possessed by demons!
Hey guys, just need a little direction. Any input would be greatly appreciated!
So here's the deal-
Recently replaced the battery.
Check engine light on- Code read P1456. ABS light comes on when I'm driving and over 2500 RPM (goes back off when rpm drops below), next I lose the radio and all gauges and all lights dim. If I put the brakes on (shift to neutral) and bring the rpms back down close to idle, lights gain power, gauges come back and ABS light goes off.
I'm thinking the alternator is sending too much/not enough voltage under load, it was recently checked by autozone and said to be fine. Has anyone had any similar issues????
