Driver side lights work fine but passenger lights have a problem. High beam works normally but the driving light/low beam don't come on. First I thought it just needed a new bulb but then I noticed the signal light also doesn't come on as a steady light, it only lights up if I activate my turn signal. Does that sound like a bulb issue or a fuse/electrical issue? any input would be appreciated...
