2007 Door Trim coming off

Hello all
Just picked up an 07 sedan. The door/window trim is obviously not in the track on both sides and looks rather cheap the way it's coming off.. Any suggested fixes? Does this indicate something else? Strange, never had a honda do this to me. It doesn't seem to want to stay in the track.
