Arrow 2014 1.8L Spark Plugs

Since I have the 1.8 L what spark plug provides the best life for this engine? NGT or Denso Should you use any dielectric grease on the threads too just not near the tip?

What will be the sign of a ball joint or tie rod problem on these vehicles from just wearing out? Around 150,000miles?

How often are the rear shoes and drums need to be turned/replaced? 100,000 or 130,000

Get the best NGK or Denso plugs that you can afford. Cheapest on Rockautodotcom. Wasn't aware that a 2014 has drums on the rear. I thought they went to discs all the way around. I replace shoes (pads) when they get to about the same thickness as the metal pad they are attached to. That way you don't destroy the rotors. Ball joints and tie rod ends can go at 40,000mi or 175,000mi. No rhyme or reason. Just have them checked and replace when needed. My 05 civic is at 176,000mi and still needs neither. Good luck.
