i got almost 64,000 miles on my 2000 ex coupe.

what kind of tuneup things could i do to it at this mileage?

plugs, wires?

Good plugs, performance wires, CAI instead of air filter, synthetic oil, PCV valve, fuel injection cleaning, and flush the rad.

i heard that if you have been using regular 5w-30 oil, it is not a good thing to all of a sudden to switch over to synthetic.
