Default 90 hatchback no fire

I am working on a 90 civic hatchback 1.5L for someone. I am not gettting fire to the plugs and fuel injectors are not spitting out fuel. I put a new distributor(td-01u). I don't have the layout for the interior fuses, so I don't know if one is missing or what they are for. If anyone can help with info, I deeply appreciate it. I am also looking for a radiator, right fender and front seats. [:@]

Try this...

Get in the car, and turn the key to the ON position. Your CEL should come on for a second or two, then you'll hear a 'click' as it shuts off. That means your ecu is functioning properly, priming the fuel pump, etc..

If the CEL just stays on, or nothing happens at all, its most likely the Main Relay, which is konwn to go out in the older civics (ef's)
