Default 91 Honda 91 Battary problem?

Well first i'll say hi, i have not posted in like a year got busy after i got marryed then bought a toyota tundra.

Anyway my wife has a 91 civic coupe 1.5 Dx and i have been needing to boost it alot as of late. Then like a moron 1 morning well i was half asleep i put the cables on the wrong posts. so the battary got finshed off. so i bought a new battary but now i have no power at all i have looked at the fuses and i changed the one that was on the battary wire(it was toast)but still i have no power at all... do u think i cooked the cpu? or maybe the wire itself is toast i am not really sure what i should do.

Any tips or advise would be great.

after you've checked your fuses/relays, double check your ground/main power wires...if they were corroded the sparks mighta finished them off.
