No I forgot to but I will when I get home but the thermostat is out if that matters or is that just to check that the radiator is cooling the water so it don't matter, on the 30 mins this morning at 5:30 the car only just started heating up when I has to go into work but at least I made it and didn't overheat

If it overheats only when you're stopped or in slow traffic, and not at highway speed, that is usually because the fan doesn't work.

ok once i got home today it was just getting to normal running temp, im still running the car with the thermostat out and the top radiator hose was hot and the bottom hose was cooler, i tryed leaving it in park and reving it up to try and overheat it but it didnt overheat, also the fan wasnt on, im not sure at what point the fan is suspposed to come on at but as soon as i shut the car off the fan come and stays on for like 10 mins or something like that so i know it runs fine, does that normal that the fan wont come on til it gets past normal running temp?

I don't know. It is an Integra after all and you're asking this on a Civic forum. I do know that Civics of that era are wired so the fan will never run with the key off, at all. Clearly something is different about your Integra.
