Default 93 civic control arm problem

Hi everybody.
I recently put a new suspension on my car (kyb shocks, sportline lowering springs)
Any ways my car had been wreaked before I owned it on the left side, needing welding done to the body.

My problem is the area were the lower control arm connects to the frame I belive via bolt, wont tighten.
My friend did the work with the suspension, I helped.
The way we screwed the bolt in was very difficult.
He had to stick a magnet in the hole to find the nut I think it was and hold it to the hole while i screwed the bolt it.

Could not tighten it all the way.
When i drive i can here a noise from that area.

Any one have any suggestions as to what i could do to fix that problem?
As im sure its very dangerous to drive my civic like that.
