93 civic dx reving up and down rapidly

for two month my car has been reving up and down rapidly it does it when i start and when i idle. has anyone had this problem before? it would be nice to have an idea on where to start.

try cleaning your iacv also do you have a cel?

i cleaned it out an d it made it alot better mbut it still does it.

Did you bleed the coolant system? There can't be an air pocket at the IACV. It will act as if it's clogged still.
