Is the starter motor getting juice? Check the big wire attached to the starter for battery voltage.

Is this a recent motor swap? If so, did you reconnect the important tranny ground wire?

No its not a motor swap or ground problem. I checked all the Low Hanging fruit (lol) but I have to go further on this one. I took starter off and got it checked...good. plenty of juice getting to starter but nothing. I jumped the clutch switch...still nothing

I was wondering if anyone knows what the small b/w wire comming from the solinoid is and where it is going in the harness. There has to be another relay somewhere else. I can hear the relay on the fuse panel clicking but the starter just wont turn...it is getting full power from the battery

Does the small wire attached to the starter have battery voltage with the key in ON(III)?

the small b/w wire goes to the ignition its what turns your starter on.
take a screw driver or a good peice of wire and turn key on make sure its in neutral and jump the 2 connections from the starter. does it start??

Now do the same test for the Blu/Blk wire in the connector for the starter safety switch at the top of the clutch pedal. Also test whether the Blk wire has continuity to ground.

are you talking about the b/w (small wire ) from the plug on the solinoid and the thick 12 volt wire and jump them?

yes jump the big wire going to the starter with the other connection on the starter. you can pull the small wire off jump the big wire to where the small wire was plugged up to

jump the black/white wire from the ignition column to the one of the black/white wire that goes into the starter relay plug (which is located on the left side dash wall)

it should start with key
