93 civic 1.5 stock ran perfect but had rusted fuel tank (leaking bad). I replaced with brand new Fuel tank, New Fuel filter, and new PCV. Now car "sometimes" spits n sputters "only" for the first 200 feet i drive aprx. After i push gas petal a few times car runs perfect again until i shut car off and let sit for awhile. Seems worse when car is off for short amounts of time (happens less when car sits over night) CEL comes on about 3 miles from my house ? code 43 "fuel supply system" Could problem be O2 sensor ? I assumed that due to CEL coming on 3 miles from house (warmed up), but would O2 make it stumble on start up ? or could it be vaccuum leak, fuel pump, pressure regulator, or hole in fuel line? car gets 35+ MPG Like i said, It didnt do before i installed new tank n filter n PCV.It only happens when car has been sitting 20 minutes to 2 days, and only last 1 minute or less. Like fuel is taking awhile to get pumping ???? Also I "think" i reset fuel trim like i was supposed to after new tank. Not sure if done right. Thanx in advance for any help.
