93 civic wont start

Need help ,have spark could not hear fuel pump pressuring up so replaced fuel pump and fuel filter still no fuel. looked at all the fuses there is no spot indicating fuel pump took a 12volt tester had no voltage at the pump oh the old pump worked when i hooked up wire to it and the battery

Pump is controlled by a relay, the "main relay". They are notorious for getting bad solder connections inside. The relay is bolted to the side of the car under the dash kind of directly above the hood release handle. Smack it moderately hard and I bet she'll start right up. This is of course a very temporary fix. You can take the relay apart and resolder it, or just replace it.
