93 honda civic dx

Over the last few weeks we have had trouble with my 93 Honda Civic all of a sudden it won't start motor turns over but will not crank. We changed the fuel pump relay it ran for a few days and then same thing won't crank so we change the fuel pump it ran for few days then all of a sudden won't crank we changed the fuel filter and it ran fine then it won't start put a new distributor in it new plugs new wires new ECU ran fine for a few days now all of a sudden won't start. After about 15 seconds and sometimes several minutes i hear the fuel system activate and it starts fine. Any ideas on what to try next. It runs just fine.

doesn't sound like you did actual troubleshooting when it won't start. Check if you have actual fuel pressure, check if you have spark, check compression just in case, though compression isn't your problem, but why not. If the engine turns over but will not start you may have no crank position signal also. Stop throwing parts at it and figure it out. You need fuel, spark, compression and timing, both ignition and cam timing. Any of those missing will cause you issues, so find out which one. If it is fuel than you might have a fuel pressure regulator issue, or you may have a fuel pump relay issue, also cheap chinese pumps are often dead very quickly, so just because you have a new pump doesn't mean you have a good pump. Check if you have spark. If you don't have spark - check that the coil is good, check your cap and rotor, again new doesn't mean good. Check that your wires are good and your plugs are good. You can check if your injectors are actually firing with a test light when cranking. If they are not - likely no crank position or cam position signal.
