Default 93 Honda Civic- Shifter linkage and bushings

Hi Guys-

So If I want to pull out the # 2 shifter rod can I do so by first unscrewing the #3 shifter **** and then just removing the # 27 & 24 bolts? From there does the rod just slide out from the bottom? Or do I need to remove the #14 rod too? I'm worried because it's super rusty and the #24 and 27 bolt won't budge. I was thinking I could cut off the #27 and 24 bolts with a dremel. Pull out the #2 rod, replace the #5 bushings, and then reinstall with new hardware.

Ideas?

To replace bushings 5, only the bolt 27 needs to come out. Cut or break it if it's rusted and replace with a new one.

Part 8 is also subject to wear, replacing it requires taking the shaft 2 out of the car by removing flange 9 and the handle 3 so it can come out the bottom.

Help! The# 24 nut broke off and now I can't get out the # 27 bolt out. It's completely rusted inside of the #12 sleeve, which is inside of the # 2 shifter. I can still shift, just really sloppy. Should I break or cut off the rest of the #27 bolt off and try to hammer it out?

What should I do?
Is there a chance that I can remove everything that's inside the #2 shifter? I thought it was a sealed cartridge bearing.

I'm worried that if I try to remove anything else it might break. All the nuts and bolts are really rusty.
