Default 95 civic ex losing coolant PLZ HELP ME ASAP

ok guys exactly one wk ago i was driving to orlando and the car over heated so i replaced the thermostat and it was running fine but every 3 days im putting in coolant wheres it going please help....also it kinda idles rough in the morning for like 5 seconds then goes to normal there is no white smoke coming out and no white chunks or coffee in the oil please help also did a pressure test 2 hoses were lose so where tightned them but after that the pressure was still falling but nothing leaking out im lost so today i went to publix and i saw smoke coming out of the hood and the over flow cap came off what is the problem plz help me

Coolant came out from the overflow bottle?? If yes, you have a blown head gasket.

Get the cooling system completely full. Start the engine cold with the radiator cap off and rev it. If a bunch of bubbles and coolant blow out of the radiator, the head gasket is blown.

well i took the cap off and rev it up but just bubbles but none came out like spurting but when i reved it up i stopped b4 it spewed over
