Hey,

My car runs great....but I just did an oil change not to long ago and when I went to check the dip stick there was no oil on it. When I did the oil change I used 4 quarts....and now nothing coms out! When I drive the car it doens't over heat though....in fact the thermostate only goes up quater way. I did notice that I didn't have any coolant though.

So long story short anyone know why my car is sucking in oil?

p.s. I didn't pass smog yesterday

 

is it smoking at all? any leaks (puddles under the car)?

 

didnt happen to check your oil on a hill did ya

 

it doesn't smoke and there are no leaks. its also started to bog in low rpms like on the highway when I was in 3rd gear....it takes a second for it to catch........know what i mean?

(2nd question) I did check it on a slight hill....I'll check it again today and see if its the same deal.

any more thoughts on the situation, I greatly appreciate.

have the same exact problem, check if theres any oil on the outside of the pan

 

leak, no duh.
run the engine, and while doing that, look for leaks especially around the oil filter and the plug.
