Default 95 civic wont start

hi my name is nevoon and i have a 1995 Honda civic Dx (1.5 non vtecc)
today i decided to hook up my speed sensor because i converted it from auto to manual and the manual speed sensor plug is different from the automatic . so when i hooked it up today manually inserting the 3 wires into the speed sensor , i took it around the block and came back , disconnected the battery to start up my other car. i left it sitting for about 5 mins then reconnect the battery and tried to start it but it will not start, minding you when i reconnected the battery the positive terminal it gave off a larger spark then usual. and when i turned the car to its ON position the main relay gave a loud buzzing noise. the engine turns over but doesn't start. i realized that the fuel pump wasn't pumping gas into the engine, because i later found out that it wasn't getting power , so since the main relay was making a noise ,these are the testes I've did .

-replaced the main relay
-checked every fuse on both fuse boxes ( under dash & under hood)
-changed ECU fuses
-checked for spark in the plugs
-changed the ECU ( from manual computer to auto back to check if i burnt the computer was burnt)
-swapped the fuel pump (thinking that was the problem but wasnt.)
-i also jumped the fuel pump to see if the new one worked and it did but still the car isnt starting
-also tested the fuel injectors and still not getting any power.
- took a tester and tested all the fuses under the dashboard and under the hood
-ECU fuse (15 AMP ) the fuse box underneath the hood is getting constant power
-opened fuel line to check if gas is flowing but nothing.

i think that since the fuel pump isnt getting power , the injectors isnt getting power because the pump isnt giving an ok to give signal to the injectors ( knowing that the main relay controls all of this .

i also think that the distributor is bad because im sure it should tell the injectors when to shoot gas into the cylinders but then i have a second opinion because its giving spark to the plugs

so basically my problem is my fuel pump and injectors isnt getting power to let me start the car .

Check the ground wires on the thermostat housing. The buzzing relay means the ECU circuits are not powering up fully. Do the headlights, radio, etc. work?
