Exclamation 95 honda civic won't start

I have a 95 honda civic that won't start . The last time I drove it i gave it gas and it bogged down. . I went to start it again it started . But when I gave it gas it bogged all the way down . And won't start . ( I've checked the fuel pump it's working ) My engine check light is now on and (I'm trying to get the error codes) . But when I jump the wire . Engine check light stays solid and SRS keeps flashing. Any help would be greatful please and thank you for all or any help .

Sudden decrease in performance / failure to start could be that the timing belt has skipped, you should start by checking that.

Solid CEL with the jumper in means that no code is stored. If the "BACK UP" fuse under the hood is blown, the ECU will be unable to store codes. You can (attempt to) start / run the engine with the jumper in, and then the CEL will blink codes if any occur.

Default Thanks for any help .

Timeing belt has been replaced and my distributor cap rotates if I crank ? Which would indacate that my belt it fine ? There aren't any codes stored . Which seems odd to me bc the engine check light is on . . I'm not getting spark . I believe . And I've replaced the distributor plugs and wires not to long ago . ( could there be a sensor that would cause it to crank but not start )?

The fact that the cam rotates does not necessarily mean it is in time. You need to take the upper plastic cover off and check the marks on the pulleys.

If the check engine light stays on when you have the jumper not plugged in and turn the key on but don't crank, either the main relay or the ECU is bad. It should come on for 2 seconds then go out.

Default Crank but no start

I actually found that I wasn't getting spark from the ignition coil and replaced it . . So I checked the spark plugs and replaced them as well . I still can't get it to start .

Do you get sparks from the new coil?
Is the timing belt in time?
Does the CEL come on and then go out when you turn the key on but don't crank?
