Hey you folks!
I just bought a used 97 Civic EX, which is in great condition, but I was wondering if it has keyless/alarm system installed.
Everything is factory installed, has power doorlock, and on the radio there seems to be a tiny light for alarm system which doesn't blink at all.
I was wondering if the keyless/alarm originally came with the car and the privious owner lost the remote or something.
That way I can just buy the remote and set it up.
Is there any way to find out whether it has alarm/keyless entry system on my Civic??

yea it does have keyless entry. I have the same car and it came with mine.

 

You know, I've always wondered what that little LED looking thing on the radio was too. It's got keyless entry, but no alarm system. Just a panic button on the remote that sets your horn off.
