The light on my cruise control button won't come on and the cruise won't work. The fuse under the dash was blown, so I changed it and the cruise button still won't come on. I rechecked the fuse and it's okay. Is there another fuse I could check or is anyone familiar with this problem? Thanks.

 

I wonder why the fuse was blown. Fuses dont just blow from normal use.
You do know that for cruise control to activate you need to be traveling at (i think) >~30MPH?

 

by chance your ABS light isnt on is it?

 

No ABS light on. Actually, I don't think my car even has an ABS system.

I generally just left the cruise button pushed on and the light always stayed on no matter how fast I was going. Now the light on the button won't even come on, even after the new fuse. I have been having issues with my radiator cap leaking(getting a new one real soon), could something have gotten wet and shorted out the cruise control or something??

 

another thing to check is the vacume(sp?) lines, ive had a civics CC stop becouse of that before

 

I've been meaning to post that I found out last week the cruise control is working just fine. It's just that the little green light on the button doesn't come on anymore. I guess that is what blew the fuse.
