Default 98 Civic A/C issue

I have a 98 civic ex and have an issue with my a/c. I thought I was just out of coolant so I bought some R134a and refilled but now I'm only getting warm air blowing out now. Prior to this happening when my a/c was working correctly I used to hear my AC chip in, sounded like a spraying then clicking sound coming from behind the glovebox. Now I don't hear that at all...Under the hood I can see the compressor is engaged and the condenser fan is running. Any ideas as to what my problem could be? I do want to also note that I have pressure from the Low-pressure line (where i filled with R134a) but then after i tested again, the gage is significantly lower along with the freon i filled. So i appear to be either losing pressure somewhere and/or leaking. Any input on this would be appreciated.

I have not yet taken it to a shop to have it fixed. I went to minekie and they wanted $150 just to tell me what was wrong with it and I don't have $ to throw away like that.

Ok. I would still recommend taking it in. I am not sure where u live, but if there a tires plus take it there because thier having a special now just to diagnosis your AC only cost 21 something after tax.

Add some R134a containing a leak detecting dye to locate where you are losing refrigerant.
