Default 90 Civic Power seatbelt issue

Posted in the electronic section but didn't get any help. I'm having a problem with my passenger side power seatbelt in my 90 civic lx. Worked great when I bought it a few weeks ago, but now its stuck in the door-shut position. Is there a fuse I can replace or did the motor die? All of the other electronic stuff in the car works great. My dad slammed the door when he got mad, could that have knocked something out of place? Thankyou!

yes there is a small box under the dash. You can find it if you follow the sound of the beeping. to make it beep forc it to the open position. the box is located right under and behind the a/c and radio and ash tray. you can see the wires to unplug from the passenger side. mine got stuck in the open position and my seatbelt light kept flashing and the chime kept ringing. I went to a junk yard and pulled one off another civic. write me to let me know whats up
