Hello, I'm having a problem with the starter on my 98 dx. The key won't turn the starter, but I get a reading when I check to see if power is going from the ignition to the starter when I turn the key. The car will start if I bridge the gap between where the ignition lead and what I assume is the positive terminal with pliers if the is in the run position. Any help would be appreciated

 

Won't turn means also no clicking? You could have a bad starter relay.
