Default 98 ex rear tires toe in? out?

hi my rear tires are at an angle at the top to the inside like this / \ and the back sits a bit lower than the front but the car has not been lowered what could be the problem ? springs ? struts ? or both i did put 2 washers on each of the upper control arms it did help with the angle some but not enough
could i add more washers with longer bolts ? what size is the bolt ? if so so i can get longer ones.

but i still would like it to be raised back up in the back if possible

thanks for any insight

Mine were like that. This way is camber../ \ You have to have a rear camber kit to adjust that. There isnt any other way that I know of. Someone else might be able to correct me if im wrong. As far as sitting lower...struts might be shot?

So if the struts/springs or both are worn would that make the camber be out? It all looks stock and I just replaced the upper control arms so I'm wondering if that could be the problem .
