Default 98 HX Misfiring HELP please

alright guys my new car has been mis firing lately and its pissing me off, why becasue i can not cruise or drive slow. for my car muffler to sound nice an smooth i constanly have to smash the gas if i tap the gas a little it make a pa pa pa pa noise and sometime jerks all over the place. so far i change all the spark plugs, i change the fuel filter and i bought brand new spark plug wire to see if that was the problem but it wasnt, it wasstill misfring so i brought the plugs back and put my old one on.

also my friend has these NGK spark plug wire for an integra ls and i borrowed them to try on my car and when i put them on for some reason my car has ALOT more power and it sound deeper but it still misfires. and whenever i press the gas i can hear this knocking noise coming from the engine ( i have no idea what it is) So does anyone have any idea on what the problem could be? i only hear the knocking noise whenever i put the NGK wires on but when i have the factory wires it knock but it doesnt knock that loud or it not that noticable.
