99 civic low idle stall
Im new to this forum and couldnt find a thread that fit so here it goes
I have a 99 civic lx d16y7 auto. I had a host of cels come up with random and specific misfire as well as a p1399. I did a tune up and valve lash adjustment, and all was well untill the car warmed up, with the car warm i have a idle that is low to the point of stailling and it smells rich. I have cleaned the tb and iacv and checked for vacum leaks, and now im kinda lost as to my next step. Any help would be apreciated

So there is no CEL now? You can open the air screw on the TB to increase the idle. This is a big aluminum flat head screw that serves as an air valve. Do not tamper with the screw that stops the throttle plate linkage at fully closed.
Check the coils in the IACV with an ohm meter (while hot) and replace if bad. I think that an open coil will throw a CEL though.
