Default 99 civic missfire

I have 1999 civic with 175k miles and have been having evap and missfire codes appearing. From these codes what should I replace? I took it to a shop and they said everything is good?Car is running rough shudders when idleing while sitting at a light almost like its going to die.

After the car warms up, and come to a stop at a light does the car idle bad?

If so, Clean the IACV.

I haven't changed the plugs in a while and have been thinking about doing the wires and plugs. Would I need to change the coil/coils as well? No I haven't done anything to the rotor.

start with the plugs wires dis cap and rotor botton ,.. And then see if that works if not might be the ignition coil , but I don't know if you can change it without changing the whole distributor .. Do that n let us know

yes the dis/cap is the cap the plug wires go into ,it should have 3 screws and behind it is the rotor button ,loosen the screw and it will slide off the shaft ,- think it will only go one way but can't remember it might go two ways just make sure you put the new one the smae way the old one was.

Default new problems

After replacing wires+plugs+rotor+distributor cap haven't had a check engine light with any codes of miss fires. Thank you. However, now I am pulling two codes P0132, P1457. Aftermarket parts are 2.25 magnaflow exhaust, KN short ram air filter. I believe its a high circuit code showing that things are running rich. What should I replace with this? Is it the O2 sensor? I have had evap problems for the last 2 years.
