is there any way to boost your antenna reception? it get blocked by houses, trees, and small buildings all the time. would buying a new one make it better? or maybe some trick to get more power to it?

 

Is the antenna all the way out? Also look under the dash and make sure that the antenna cable is actually plugged into the radio.

If your car has the pull-out antenna by the door it is not expensive to replace but reception problems are often with the radio.

 

yes its a pull out and it is always pulled out. im getting a new deck in the next couple days so ill make sure it plugged in all the way when i install it. if that doesnt work then ill probably just buy a new one
