Anyone know the volume difference between the upper and lower marks on the automatic transmission dipstick of a 1996 Civic DX? I need to take out a little ATF because I filled it to the full level when cold.

On the subject of ATF dipsticks, I've read other people's reports that some Civic ATF dipsticks fit loosely in the fill hole. The rubber piece with the barbs seems to shrink over time. Mine suffers the same problem. I put a Viton o-ring between each of the top three barbs of the dipstick (that's two o-rings in total). So far so good. The o-rings are thin, 1/16" I think.
