Default Can I Use Dipstick Hole to Fill ATF?

i would like to change the ATF in my 99 ex.

is there any downside to using the dipstick hole for the ATF to use as a filler hole for the auto trans fluid?

In conjunction with a funnel, this is precisely the recommended method. Use either Honda ATF or a Honda-recommended ATF.

Thanks. I wasn't sure that the filler hole and the dipstick hole were the same. I assumed there was some square bolt like the drain hole for the filler hole (that I didn't want to find and crack open).
