yea it slides off. the axles weren't hard to remove either. i need to drain it though. then it needs to be filled w/ 3qt of fluid. what about the metal flakes though. i think honda just plain sux lol. that trans should be perfect w/ 60k on it. i stuck the magnet back in and it picked up some more flakes then now it looks clean and don;t pick any up. it might be fine now. i am gona rebuild the core transmission myself i think. then i will install the j/y trans then if that one sh*ts i would have a spare laying around ). i will be posting pix when i do so.
