Which automatic transmission fluid for a '99 GX?

Which automatic transmission fluid for a '99 GX?
The dipstick says Honda Dexron but the owners manual says to only use Dexron III in an emergency and replace it with Honda fluid asap. Is the Honda fluid then Dexron IV?

The Honda fluid is ATF-Z1 $6/qt. for my EX. Is the GX the model with the CVT trans? If so then maybe it uses different fluid. I would recommend that you call the Honda dealer parts dept to be sure.
