Default autometer tach

[IMG]does anyone know the proper way to wire up an autometer tach in a 97 civic. it's a 1.6 liter with a manual tranny and no factory tach[/IMG][:@]

Depends on the tach. You can download instructions for any of autometers tachs from thier website. I just installed mine, it was pretty easy

on mine it was

From the tach...red wire to the igntion, white to 12v, black to ground of course and the green goes to the coil.

These tachs are usually made for universal applications, for mine I had to cut a brown and orange wire loop inside the tach itself to configure it for 4cyl.
