looks like ya just pulled it apart and didnt pop it back....
just take off the wheel nut and ball joint and slide the axle back out and pop it back inplace...
same thing happened to me when i put my axles back in... poped the one out by extending it to much.... i just pulled it back out extended it again and poped it inplace..... works fine!
just ensure that thier isnt any slop when turning it free handed....
easy fix.... minor mistake.
