Newbie here, I don't know what this is? It doesn't look like a timing belt

It looks old and I want to replace it.

Power steering belt. Also I think it goes to the alternator.

The timing belt is under a plastic cover you can't see it while the car is all put together.

If it's the lower one, that would be your AC belt. That is your AC compressor on the left.

Yes the updated picture is the A/C belt. That one is a little more complicated to replace since one of the motor mounts goes through it and you have to take that loose.

On the other hand, if the belt breaks, everything on the car will keep working except the A/C.

Easy fix. Loosen the power steering pump on its mount and remove the first belt, then remove the nut on the motor mount shaft, should be a 17mm. Remove the mount attached to the frame, should be 2 14mm bolts. Loosen the idler pulley next to the AC compressor using a 10mm socket and a 1/4 inch ratchet, or a 10mm wrench on the top bolt closest to the plastic timing belt cover by turning it counterclockwise. Remove the belt. Install the new one in reverse order of this.
