Default B16 starting issues

Hello, i have a 96 civic with a B16A2 swap. (usdm Block with a JDM head) I believe the head is a year 92 or 93 have to double check but i know its a jdm head. Im having some starting issues when i try to start the car. At first i thought it was my main relay that was going bad but i replaced it with a new one and i am still having the same issues all fuses are fine.

I noticed that i have to wait about 5-7 seconds for the fuel pump to prime after turning the key on. if i don't wait it wont start, i have to wait till the engine light comes on and off. I also notice that sometimes when the car is cold i can start the engine fine on the first try. When it is warm it takes longer to start.

Is the ect sensor going bad? if so were can i obtain one for my b16 head since it is a jdm head

If you're sure the main relay is OK and all power and grounds are applied, iI'd suspect the ECU itself. People here have had delayed starting from a bad ECU that doesn't always "boot up". Before replacing, double check the harness and make sure the ECU grounds on the engine are secure.

Ok i see. How many ECU grounds are there and what are the exact locations? I know there is a ground the by thermostat housing which i checked and its good.

Also if my ECU turns out to be bad, what other types of ECU's can i run on my B16? The one i have is a chipped P06.
