B16a SIR II Air Condition Fitment

Does anyone have a solution to hooking a B16a OBD 1 air condition compressor to a 99 EX stock d16y8 air condition line? I know you need a Del Sol VTEC a/c bracket, but I'm just not sure how to hook it up. Do I need a Del Sol VTEC line as well? What else do I need?
