Greetings, I'm getting a knock, knock, knock, knock sound when I make a hard right turn while accelerating. When I make the same right hand turn without pushing on the accerator pedal it does not make the sound at all. I'm thinking it might be the CV joint but both boots are in good shape. Thoughts, comments welcome.

i would hope that u wouldnt have a bad cv joint with only 30k miles unless uv been doin a lot of racing

 

Bought the car with 25k on it so I don't know if the former owner hit curb or something.

 

well its definatly got the symptoms of a bad cv joint so thats prolly what it is

 

Is it possible to just pull back the boot, clean out the joint, repack it, and put the boot back on?
