Belt grinding sound issue

Belt grinding sound issue
Just fixed my timing yesterday and where the belts are (under the power steering pump) there is a loud grinding noise that is mostly noticeable on a cold start and seems to quiet down after warm up. My neighbor came over to check it out and told me it was the a/c clutch or maybe a pulley bearing is shot, turning on the a/c makes it idle badly. On a cold start the engine idles very low and at a stop it stalled on me, restated it and was fine after that. So what do you guys think?

Loosen and remove the A/C belt(*) then spin the pulleys by hand. They should be very quiet and not have any wobble.
(*) Loosen but don't remove the 14 mm nut on the tensioner shaft. Using a 10 mm 1/4 inch drive socket with a long extension, turn the jack screw counterclockwise to lower the tensioner and loosen the belt.

Brown spark plug wire
This is just great before I even tried anything this morning when I turned on my car the a/c belt broke off and white smoke came out the tail.
I dont know how old it was cause its a second hand car but anyway is it hard to replace or should i take it to a mechanic because i'm kind of a noob on this. and while i'm down there might aswell get the timing belt and water pump to right?
