I was reading about my 1999 civic in the chilton manual and was trying to figure out how many belts there are. I believe there is a power steering belt, an alternator belt, an a/c belt, and a timing belt. Then I read about this balance shaft belt. What is this balance shaft belt?

balancer shaft is not on B and D series, so unless you have an H22 swap, your ok.
