all cold air intakes suck, sorry to be so harsh but its true whether you want to believe it or not. If your going to waste money on them get an ebay one and slap a k&n, aem filter on it, nuff said, no more questions. If you want to talk about racing against other cars, go talk about it in racing section. Honestly tho this question about intakes is asked atleast once a day. Horse power costs money so there is no easy cheap way around it, either you turbo it or swap the engine.

upgrading your fuel system is completely unnecessary until you do forced induction and/or a build.
