Default Brake Light???

My brake lights randomly turns on and off while im driving. im pretty sure theres nothing wrong with my brakes at all. i checked the brake fluid and its full. i have noticed that the same brake light comes on too when i go to pull the e-brake. i have been driving like this for about a month now and dont notice anything wrong with my brakes. Can somebody tell me the whats going? is there really something wrong with my brakes or is it just the e-brake thats messed up? plz

Unplug the float switch on the reservoir to check if it is just sending false alarms. Switch may be defective.

Some models may have a switch on the proportioning valve on the firewall too. If that one trips it usually means there's a pressure imbalance.

Where you put the brake fluid in, the cap has wires on it for the switch. The only thing that those wires do is turn on the light on the dash if the fluid level is low. So unplug them to see if you're getting a false alarm.
