Default Brake lights problem

I have a 2000 Honda Civic ex (with cruise control) and all three brake lights have gone out at the same time. I've replaced the fuses and the brake switch and they still aren't working. Any suggestions?

Did you check 15A hood fuse #52 with a test light?

Does the brake switch connector have battery voltage?

Do the brake light bulb receptacles have battery voltage with the pedal pressed?

If you answer yes to all questions above, then check the ground wire in the rear. Do you have a coupe or sedan?
